EMOTIONAL EXPANSION

This journey invites you to lead with your heart, explore your emotional landscape, and embrace the profound impact emotions have on every aspect of your life and the choices you make. Build deeper connections with yourself and others, and to gain a clearer understanding of the how, what, and why of emotions.

Join me in an intimate, small group as we gently dip our toes into the vast world of emotions, or perhaps even dive deeper into their profound impact on our bodies and the choices we make each day.


This six-part journey is designed to guide you in exploring your emotions in a safe and supportive space. Whether you're curious about the emotions that influence your actions or ready to embrace your inner feelings more fully, this group will offer you the opportunity to do just that.


Over the course of six sessions, we will meet every two weeks to:

  • Explore the full spectrum of emotions like expectation, safety, happiness, honour, and calm, and their shadow.
  • Understand how these emotions influence decisions in our everyday lives.
  • Examine the role of societal expectations and how they may align or conflict with your own emotional truths.
  • Breathe into and embody these emotions with intention, developing a practice of fully experiencing and working with them.


Each session will offer a combination of guided exercises, thought-provoking discussions, and shared experiences with your fellow participants. Together, we will build a deeper awareness of how emotions guide our paths, often in unseen ways.
