ABOUT MY JOURNEY TO PRESENCE

Together we will bridge the gap between conventional healthcare and holistic healing to reclaim your unique Loss of Innocence© and belonging through integrated approaches.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years of experience in the NHS and an Holistic Health Practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to guide individuals on a journey back to their roots of belonging and practice. Drawing from my experience in mental health nursing, I understand the importance of addressing the deep-seated emotional and psychological aspects of wellness present in every part of people's lives. Especially for those which formed part of our drive to work in healthcare or health-related practices.

Through my holistic approach, I encourage those I work with to reconnect with their ancestral wisdom and innate healing abilities. By honouring their cultural heritage and embracing traditional personal and professional practices, individuals can tap into a rich source of strength to be a unique practitioner, working ethically and with morality to improve community health.

Whether it's incorporating indigenous rituals, breathwork, or ancestral rites, I empower individuals to explore and reclaim their authentic selves.

By honouring their roots and practicing rituals that resonate with their heritage, individuals can experience profound healing and transformation, for themself as well as honouring those who they work with.

My role is not just to provide therapeutic interventions but also to facilitate a deeper connection to one's sense of belonging and purpose. By embracing ancient wisdom and practices, individuals can cultivate a sense of wholeness and belonging that transcends modern-day challenges.

Through this journey, individuals not only heal themselves but also contribute to the collective healing of their communities and future generations. As a bridge between conventional healthcare and holistic healing, I guide individuals towards a holistic approach that honours their roots and fosters true wellness of the whole person.

MY BIO

I am a dual-heritage (Black Jamaican/White British), neurodivergent, CIS gender female, mother to three sons and wife to a man living in Kent, United Kingdom.

I am trained, certified and fully insured Conscious Connected Breathwork Therapist and Earth Light Reiki Practitioner, CPCAB Level 3 Counselling Skills, Coaching Skills Certified, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse (graduated King's College London with First Class degree with honours) and years' of private healthcare and NHS experience. Additionally I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, and am Safeguarding, Information Governance, First Aid, consent and trauma trained and informed.

I work with people of all backgrounds and experiences in different ways, many people who come to me are those of the Global Majority or working in health-related practices, whether this is in a regulated role or as an alternative therapist. Those who work with me usually do so as they cannot find a contained space in their work to freely and openly discuss what they are witnessing in the world around them. Together we hold a respectful space to dig deep and discover the lost parts of ourselves, through trying to hold on to what we feel we have gained, and reclaim our Soul Essence so we can make sense of what else is happening in the world around us.

During my years' of experience I have gained a depth of invaluable systemic knowledge and understanding, which I now use to support people on their journey and get just what they need and are entitled to. My approach is multi-disciplinary across mainstream and holistic physical, mental, social, economic, psychological and spiritual health, in other words I work with many other practitioners to ensure your overall health and wellness is prioritised at all times. I bridge gaps where before there would be nobody to turn to.

My personal and professional journey has taken me on a journey of reclaiming cultural heritage through decolonising my life and questioning all things which I would have once accepted as "the way things are" and felt angry about. I am delighted to share all of these skills and experience with you in an ethical and morally helpful way for personal and professional growth for all people questioning the why and how we find a way around this.
