MY BIO

I am a mixed-heritage (Black Jamaican/White British), CIS gender female, and mother of three sons. We are a neurodiverse family living in Kent, United Kingdom.

Trained, certified and fully insured in Advanced Conscious Connected Breathwork, Earth Light Reiki Practitioner, CPCAB Level 3 Counselling Skills, Coaching Skills Certified, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse (graduated King's College London with First Class degree with honours). I have years' of knowledge and skills supporting thousands of individuals and teams in independent holistic practice, private healthcare and the NHS supporting adults experiences complex, developmental and acute traumas needing help through GP surgeries, a community mental health team, or specialist perinatal mental health and personality disorder therapy services, including the safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults. Additionally I am trained in Safeguarding, Information Governance, Immediate Life Support (beyond first aid), Consent, Emotional and Mental Health Group Facilitation and I receive regular practice supervision (an essential part of maintaining a person-centred focus in practice).

My personal and professional journey has led me to reclaim my cultural and ancestral heritage through decolonial healing, which helped me to put words to my feelings whilst questioning all things I would have once accepted as "the way things are" and had suppressed and strong feelings. I am delighted to share all of these skills and experience with you in an ethical and morally helpful way for personal and professional growth for all people questioning the why and how we find a way forward.

I am committed to truth-seeking

ABOUT MY JOURNEY TO PRESENCE

Together we will bridge the gap between conventional healthcare and holistic healing to reclaim your unique Loss of Innocence© and belonging through integrated approaches.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years of experience in the NHS and an Holistic Health Practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to guide individuals on a journey back to their roots of belonging and indigenous practice. Drawing from my experience in mental health nursing, I understand the importance of addressing the deep-seated emotional and psychological aspects of wellness present in every part of people's lives. Especially for those which formed part of our drive to work in healthcare or health-related practices.

Through my integrative holistic approach, I encourage you to reconnect with your ancestral wisdom and innate healing abilities. By honouring cultural heritage and embracing traditional personal and professional practices, you can tap into a rich source of strength and alignment, in ethical and moral harmony to improve your own and community health.

My role is not just to provide the therapeutic tools but also to facilitate a deeper connection to one's sense of belonging and purpose. By embracing ancient wisdom and practices, you can cultivate a sense of wholeness and belonging that transcends modern-day challenges.

Through this journey with me, individuals not only heal themselves but also contribute to the collective healing of their communities and future generations. As a bridge between conventional healthcare and holistic healing, I guide you towards a holistic approach that honours roots and true wellness of a whole person.

"Life just keeps on lifing"
