Conscious Connected Breathwork helps us to intentionally and consciously observe, anchor and integrate our relational and interconnected mind and body states. When practiced regularly breathwork can be help us gain insight into our ancestral and present bodily memories, experiences and thoughts, and also help us to find a future place of acceptance, grounding and awareness. People often take the breathing for granted, it is something we often do without even realising we are doing it. The breath holds profound knowledge and helps us to access higher states on consciousness. It teaches us how to heal ourselves from our unprocessed mind and body feelings and experiences, as well as improving overall physical health.


There is a strong and growing evidence-base in the field of breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathing, in addition to the masses of anecdotal evidence. It can be used in addition to other conventional and alternative healing modalities, when delivered by a qualified and trained facilitator. 


Before training to become a facilitator in Conscious Connected Breathwork, I took part in regular practice for around 8 years. During this time, this helped me work through moments in my life in which I felt unsafe, harmed, or confused. The breath took me where I needed to go to find mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual clarity. I have discovered and continue to work through my limiting cycles and patterns of behaviours, once I was able to trust myself in surrendering to the process and self-regulating my insights became fluid yet intense in such a grounded way.


Regular Conscious Connected Breathwork continues to root and connect me in the present moment to feel exactly what my brain and body needs. It also supports my connection with spiritual guides and ancestors, who impart healing messages and stories which has help me to enjoy a fulfilled quality life in the here and now, and support others in a different way to which I have experienced before.


My personal journey and training with highly respected instructors, has led me to hold this space in a gentle yet powerful dynamic. My approach is heart-centred, trauma-informed, consent focussed and fully accepting of you however you show up. I support you to learn regulation techniques you can use both during a breathwork session and in everyday life to improve functionality and the quality of your own experiences.
